Warehouse Operations Supervisor
1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm $27.00 hour
Summary of Position:

Oversee the workflow and needs of the operations staff in different areas including embroidery, warehouse, shipping, receiving & heat seal while working in conjunction with CIC’s and Warehouse and Operation’s Manager. Continue to learn Operations’ department functions as they evolve. Is expected to continuously look for ways to eliminate waste and improve processes. Some of the other key responsibilities of this position are;

Candidate should have a high school diploma and experience working in a production or operations related lead role. Candidate needs excellent problem-solving capabilities and professional conduct. Must be to direct others and work without direct oversight. The ability to manage multiple priorities and other Operational functions. Knowledge of Lean Principals and continue to learn how to view work areas to offer improvement for eliminating waste. Will need a proven ability of working well with others and good verbal and written communication skills. Need the skills to or capability of learning Microsoft products such as Microsoft Email, Word and Excel and AX. Will need to be available to work overtime, which may include the weekends. This position is categorized as Safety Sensitive.
