Job Position:
Construction Superintendent (Full-Time Position). To be considered, you must currently maintain 5 or more years of experience in the restoration/construction industry. You will be a highly self-motivated person who enjoys managing and working with others in a restoration setting. You will also contain the knowledge of all phases of a Restoration Project.

Allay Restoration, A Division of The Allay Group, LLC of Nampa, Idaho is in search of an honest-hard-working individual that can assist our office as a Construction Superintendent. This position reports to one of our project managers.

Position Overview:
Our ideal candidate will possess the construction experience to enable them to manage a wide range of projects, both large and small. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage one or two crews of carpenters as well as sub-contractors to complete our projects on-time, on-budget, and with very happy customers at completion. Ideally this candidate with have restoration or mitigation experience.
This position will report to a project manager. Each superintendent may manage up to 20 projects at a time. The average project may range from $5K to $50K, and some larger. This candidate will possess very good communication skills and will constantly be communicating with other employees, sub-contractors, material suppliers, project managers and most importantly the customers. We are looking for an individual that is interested in growing with the company. We always promote from within whenever possible.
Must be able to perform:
  • Manage construction schedule and identify/solve problems quickly.
  • Maintain job-site safety for all workers and the customer.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate progress and issues with the project manager on a daily basis.
  • Must be proficient in use of computer equipment and cell phone/tablet and associated software and programs used on a daily basis.
  • Must be capable of lifting or moving up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of all phases of construction.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clear motor vehicle record.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential construction.
  • Works well without oversight.
  • Friendly, honest, and outgoing.
  • Enjoys working with clients to restore their homes or business.
  • Must be a team player and work nicely with others.
  • Must be able to represent self with impeccable integrity.
  • Must have a professional appearance.
Compensation Package:
  • Starting salary of $45k - $68K p/yr - D.O.E.
