• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes or customer requests
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage customers
• Clean and sanitize bar area, including counters, utensils, and equipment
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience

• Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink-mixing techniques
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change

• Must have State Liquor License
