NEW NEIGHBORHOOD PUB & GRILL OPENING IN CHICO!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines - Handle cash transactions accurately - Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning the bar area - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Requirements: - Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is preferred - Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus - Strong cash handling skills - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Must be at least 18 years old or as required by state regulations We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement.
