The Aesthetic Center is a premier Plastic Surgery Center and Medical Spa based in Darien, CT, serving all of Fairfield County and greater Connecticut. With our own private surgical suite our top plastic surgeons deliver the safest care and the very best experience in plastic surgery for the face and body, as well as breast reconstruction and post-bariatric plastic surgery. We also offer non-invasive treatments such as injectables, laser and skincare treatments.

Our busy, multi-physician practice is looking for the right person to help run our front desk. The ideal candidate should be articulate, friendly, able to learn quickly, and multitask all while working in a fast-paced environment. No plastic surgery experience is necessary, but an upbeat positive attitude is a must!

As the front desk coordinator you are responsible for greeting and caring for patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments and helping manage patient flow and triaging urgent care calls. We will train the right candidate.

Preferably, we are looking for a candidate who lives close to Darien or can easily commute as timeliness and reliability are critical to this position. Please provide a copy of your resume and cover letter for consideration.
