Job Summary Security and Environmental Health and Safety (S&EHS) provides quality leadership, services and solutions to safeguard people and the environment, secure and protect company information and assets and enhance operational efficiency. You will serve as the Director of SAP Security responsible for ensuring effective security programs are in place for protecting classified and unclassified sensitive information in support of corporate, contractual, and government requirements. Work Model This position will be located 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA. What You’ll Be Doing Provide direction, oversight, and assistance in all aspects of the Special Access Programs (SAP) at the El Segundo offices and as needed, across the entire enterprise. Supervise a team of Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSOs) supporting SAP programs for multiple customers; ensure CPSOs are equipped with resources, training, and a development plan. Ensure proper staffing levels are met and maintained to meet the needs of our SAP customers. Collaborate with other Security management team members (Information Assurance, Physical Security, Personnel Security, etc.) as needed to ensure the team’s success. Ensure adherence to any applicable laws, Aerospace Policies as well as National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and have expert knowledge with DoD 5205 series SAP Manuals to include JSIG. Be inspection ready. Ensure internal self-inspections are completed and oversee Staff Assistance Visits and Customer Security Assessments. Oversee multiple SAP programs and manage associated budget and resources; utilize identified best practices and risk management principles as part of decision-making. Engage in high level interaction with Aerospace leadership and government customer representatives regarding SAP security issues and other security related tasks. Support and help establish an enterprise-wide SAP Security infrastructure and program based on corporate, customer and program needs, and per government security directives and guidelines. Establish an effective network with industry peers and government representatives. May require travel to other office locations and events. What You Need to be Successful Minimum Requirements: 8 or more years of relevant experience with High School Diploma or 5 or more years of relevant experience with bachelor’s degree Current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP accesses. U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance. Must have previous leadership experience supporting the SAP community. Must communicate clearly and in a professional manner (verbal, written, presentations, etc.) Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Knowledgeable of the DoDM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 SAP manuals, Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), NISPOM, and ICD series manuals How You Can Stand Out 10 or more years of relevant experience with master’s degree TS/SCI with adjudicated polygraph Customer service oriented Security-related training and certifications (IFPC, SPSC, SAPPC, etc.) We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
