Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building relationships with our online community. Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms
- Manage all social media accounts and ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread content
- Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment
- Basic understanding of public relations principles is a plus
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design is a plus
