Responsibilities:
- Assist the cooks with food preparation and cooking tasks as needed
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen
- Stock inventory and supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, banquet, or catering industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
