As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities``` - Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities - Vacuum carpets and dust furniture - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks - Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and coffee/tea - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department - Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all common areas of the hotel - Follow all safety protocols and procedures ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Experience working with children (e.g., babysitting or daycare) - Events management experience (e.g., organizing conferences or weddings) - Strong guest services skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Knowledge of food service procedures (e.g., handling trays or delivering room service) - Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with guests or coworkers - Cash handling experience for processing payments and providing change - Hospitality mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Theater or public speaking experience for effective communication with guests - Lifeguard certification is a plus If you are dedicated to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, we encourage you to apply for the position of Room Attendant.
