The 7C Agency is hiring Marketing Campaign Specialists for our growing retail sales and campaigns team located in the heart of East Brunswick.

This is an in-person position so LOCAL CANDIDATES are encouraged to apply!

• Represent our client's brand through retail marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and increasing sales and profits.
• Interact with retail consumers and provide quality customer service.
• Act as a point person for all consumer relations.
• Generate leads and drive SALES with direct marketing and campaigns.
• Attend retail events to market products.
• Develop an understanding of the product line and value chain.

Desired Skills and Experience :

• College degree in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a similar field preferred (college graduates are welcome to apply)
• 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, marketing, customer service, event or retail-related settings are an asset. Internship experience and previous entry-level experience will be considered working experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule
• Positive attitude & an eagerness to learn
