Host Position is a fantastic position to start in the restaurant industry!

Three Fifteen provides a fine dining ambiance allowing you to learn the ins and outs of dining and service, the job requirements are fairly simple as this is a starting position that will allow you to grow and learn how to provide successful service in a fine dining setting. Starting at the door we will greet customers with a smile and welcome them into our historic and beautiful venue, providing guidance and a warm welcome from the door is required as first impressions are the most important ones, giving our customers a warm welcome and seating them in proper order in accordance to our pacing procedures is so important as we do not want to bring any confusion into the dining experience. The roots of this job title are in customer service, being able to come to work with a positive attitude and bring a welcoming vibe will be the base of this job position. Mastering these simple skills will allow you to get your toes in the water for future job positions and allows career growth exponentially. Aside from staying in the host stand, the host position will have its own environment with some basic cleaning tasks such as dusting and cleaning the entry way, admiring all the beautiful decor and paintings we have on location. Takeout orders will be ran through the host stand, the tips from takeout will be split between EXPO and HOST giving both positions the ability to make some tip money and provide some customer interaction, taking proper reservation and phone calls will be the most important task Host has as getting reservation dates properly set will be needed to provide the best guest experience possible.
