Bartender

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well as a team member in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted, will require assistance with equipment (e.g. bar equipment)
• Davenport, IA work authorization (must provide documentation)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age of the destination country
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
