OASIS, a wholly owned subsidiary of ThayerMahan, Inc., is looking to add to our growing team a skilled and highly motivated individual with experience within the National Industrial Security Program.
In this role as Facility Security Officer/Safety Liaison, located in Lexington, MA, this person will be responsible for managing the company’s security and safety programs, including DCSA-NISP compliance as well as OSHA and ISO safety compliance (80%). This role will also include some day-to-day office administrative duties such as facility management, document control as well as Security Contract proposals (20%).
Due to our work with the U.S. Government, this role legally requires that you are a U.S. citizen. Current security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a top-secret clearance is required. The role is an in-person role located in our Lexington, Massachusetts location with occasional travel to Groton, Connecticut.
Security Responsibilities:

• Updating and working on systems of record such as DISS, NISS and eMASS. This includes managing company security clearances, the facility clearance, classified visits, applications for clearances and upgrades and complying with government reporting requirements.
• Safeguarding classified materials, including physical security, record keeping and transmission.
• Physical security of buildings including locks, camera systems and visitors’ logs.
• Insider Threat Program management serving as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official.
• Preparing self-audits and representing the company at government audits.
• Researching and preparing employee foreign travel briefs.
• Assigning and conducting training and keeping records.

• Insuring adherence to the company Health and Safety Plan.
• Preparing safety self-audits and representing the company at ISO audits.
• Liaison with public safety agencies.
• Conducting training and keeping records.
• Conducting job hazard and root cause analysis.

• Support ISO 9001 audits as necessary
• Provide general administrative support including compiling and maintaining reports, correspondence, and data bases as needed
• Assist with administrative issues i.e., encryption certificates (Identrust)
• Liaison with the property management company, alarm company, and other partnered vendors

• US Citizen
• 2-3 Years Experience as a FSO or ASFO or program security officer at a cleared contractor organization.
• Be able to lift more than 40 lbs

• Experience in OSHA or ISO Compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous Military Experience
