The Field Sales Rep will be responsible for scheduling a no-cost no-obligation painting estimate. It is the responsibility of the field sales rep to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers and to represent That 1 Painter with enthusiasm and professionalism.
There is no experience needed as training, marketing materials, and company apparel are provided to you. We offer ongoing training and support to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads through Door-to-Door canvassing
- Find ways to connect with the community
- Participate in weekly training and meetings
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills
- Be a team player
- Physical ability to work on your feet
- Valid Driver’s license and personal transportation to office and to job sites.
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required
Compensation: $50,000-$130,000 (commission potential)
