Position Summary:

Support Design Team for Greg Norman Clubs & Retail Division in Color Approvals, Sketch Updates, Tech Pack Creation, Packaging Development & Line Sheet Management. Must be an extremely well organized team player, excellent communicator and detail oriented person.

Responsibilities:

• Review all fabric lab dips (Bulk & SMS) and make clear and detailed comments for approvals.
• Clearly communicate comments to fabric mills and factories via email.
• Organize and file all fabric lab dips and print submission by style for easy reference.
• Expertise in YuniquePLM Tech Pack and BOM creation/management.
• Handle Sketch updates and corrections.
• Must have knowledge of performance fabrications, attributes and details.
• Design and develop on-product trim, i.e. buttons, zippers, tapings that are relevant to the products.
• Partner with technical design to pass sketches.
• Build & maintain Club or Retail customer seasonal linesheets.
• Development of product marketing tools, i.e. hangtags, pocket flashers, jokers and labeling specific to the Club.

Experience Needed:

• Ability to work in a fast paced design driven environment.
• Must have strong color sensibility.
• Must have knowledge of print processes on synthetic and natural fabrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the product development process.
• Strong fabric & style aesthetic.

Educational Background Required

• Bachelor’s Degree
