Tower Deli Cashier

Shifts $12-14 per hour Tips ($2-3 additional pay per hour on average)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Having positivity and patience with guests and employees
• Executing tasks in a timely manner
• Self-motivated and focused on the job
• Being punctual with the scheduled times of work
• Ability to adapt quickly to difficult situations
• Previous food service experience appreciated but not required
• Being organized and detail oriented

Qualifications:

• Food Handlers Permit
• Clean and professional appearance in uniform
• Standing for long periods of time
• Preferred previous cash handling or cashiering experience (Not Required)
• preferred previous restaurant or concessions experience (Not Required)

Availability:

• Mornings
• Nights
• Weekends
• Some Holidays
• The more hours worked, the more tips you receive

The Leveling System

The Water Tower Deli operates in a leveling up system, all employees start as a level 1 and over time learn new responsibility and advance 1 level at a time. There is also a pay increase for every level up.
