We are an early-stage growth company that specializes in manufacturing finished consumer products such as supplements, gummies, skin care products, tinctures, and bath products. We also provide Third-Party-Logistics (3PL) fulfillment, shipping & warehouse services. Job Brief:
We are currently seeking an experienced 3PL Fulfillment & Shipping Associate who will facilitate the day-to-day responsibilities of receiving and processing incoming shipments, picking, packing, and fulfilling orders, preparing wholesale shipments, organizing, and retrieving stock, and keeping the warehouse organized.
Qualification:
Prior experience working directly with picking, packing and fulfilling orders and handling various shipments REQUIRED.
Fast-paced fulfillment/warehouse work environment that requires standing, walking, sitting, crouching, and lifting for shift duration. Must be able to lift 30lbs – 50lbs
Reliable and diligent with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards at all times
Has attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately
Self-driven and hard-working team player with great organizational and time-management skills
Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinating shipments to influencers, affiliates, Direct-to-Consumer/ Online (DTC) orders, and Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale orders
Completing packaging tasks such as scanning bar codes of packing slips and products, box assembly, packing, and taping as provided by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensuring all shipments are safely and securely packed and contain all required documentation(s), label(s), and custom kitting materials such as rack cards, product samples, etc. if requested by the client.
Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials as well as scanning errors and reporting them to the supervisor.
Operating shipping software and inventory management system, and completing all required cGMP documentation such as receiving logs, hold policies, etc.
Working hand-in-hand with management to ensure raw packing materials (boxes, tape, peanuts, bubble bags, etc.) and finished products are available in inventory, adequately stocked and organized.
Receiving shipments, completing cGMP supporting documentation, and storing them in respective warehouse areas (pallets and/or shelves)
Keeping the warehouse and fulfillment center clean and organized
