Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:
- Strong retail math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations in the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and basic food preparation techniques
- Sales skills to effectively upsell menu items and increase revenue
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing
