We are currently accepting applications for skilled Foreman. Applicants should have knowledge and understanding of concrete construction, techniques, and tools, be proficient in reading prints/understanding plans and specifications, and proven construction management experience.

Some responsibilities may include:

*Oversee daily onsite activities and timekeeping of crew

*Organize, structure, and perform tasks within a set schedule

*Finishing concrete (screed, bull float, hand float, etc.)

*Function necessary equipment associated with the job (trowel machines, vibratory screeds, vibrators, excavators, skid steer, etc.)

*Successfully communicating and understanding both verbal and written directions

*OSHA certified, valid class A or B CDL, Equipment certification helpful but not required.

Applicant Requirements:

*High school Diploma or equivalent

* 5 years experience

*A strong willingness to learn

*Reliable transportation/valid drivers license/company vehicle

Job locations encompass the Tri-State area, primarily Cincinnati.
