Ideally, TGIS is looking for service team members who bring a courteous professionalism to all events. TGIS Servers are the wait staff who are an important member of the catering team helping to create successful events. Team members will be required to work with additional TGIS Catering Staff such as chefs, bartenders and dishwashers. TGIS Off Premise Servers will interact with guests so bringing a friendly disposition. Because this is off-premise work, the unloading and reloading of equipment and food onto trucks is required. Off-premise work is performed in private residences, Museums, event facilities, banquet facilities, rooftops and any event spaces. Tray passing, setting up stations and buffets as well as performing organized sit-down service are among the tasks that will be requested of you. In short, off prem servers are responsible for the set-up, execution, breakdown and clean-up of events. Come and join the team!
