**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide excellent service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.

**Duties:**

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner

- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently

- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting

- Proficiency with POS systems

- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and willingness to help others

- Knowledge of food service operations is desirable
