To ensure the accuracy of the financial statements, interpret the results, communicate the financial results (we call it “telling the story”) in a manner that management and non-accountants can understand, and suggest business improvements that help achieve the clients’ goals. The Controller is the Client Lead and Project Manager for the client engagement to help manage the teams.
