**About Us:**

TGA of Fairfax is dedicated to delivering unparalleled youth sports programming, ensuring every child's first sports experience is both fun and educational. Our goal is to foster healthy habits, instill valuable life skills, and increase youth activity levels.

**The Position:**

We are currently seeking Golf Instructors to join our dynamic team. TGA Premier Sports, with over 22 years of experience, is the largest operating program in the US. As a Golf Instructor, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Lead/Assist 5-10 classes per week

- Earn up to $27.50 per hour

- Provide individual attention and foster success in every child

- Create a fun, energetic atmosphere

- Utilize positive reinforcement techniques

- Commit to continuous improvement through regular training sessions and following our coaching manual

**Opportunities:**

For those with tennis and pickleball knowledge, there are also opportunities to lead tennis and pickleball classes.

**Requirements:**

Candidates must pass a background check to be eligible for this position.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in sports coaching and teaching, particularly with children in grades K-6th

- Background in childcare, physical education, or related fields

- Demonstrated experience working with students in an educational or recreational setting

**The Schedule:**

After-school enrichment classes primarily occur after school hours. Ideal candidates should have availability during these times, including:

- Monday-Friday: 3:00-6:00 PM

For Summer camps, classes will be held Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM in various locations around the Fairfax/Springfield area.

**The Location:**

Classes are conducted in various locations across the Fairfax County, Arlington, and Alexandria Public School District Areas, including schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches may need to travel up to an hour to reach class locations.
