We are looking for a full-time Monitoring and Outcomes Specialist. All you need is a high school diploma or equivalent, but experience in Texas child welfare is preferred. 

A Day in the Life of a Monitoring and Outcomes Specialist

As a Monitoring and Outcomes Specialist, you will provide support to a team monitoring best practice and outcomes for youth in the Texas foster care system. You’ll work closely with a Monitoring and Outcomes Manager to review and report on documentation, provide quality assurance on reporting to the state, and ensure timely responses are given to inquiries from external stakeholders. This position has the option to be remote or in-office.
