Average hourly rate is $16.76 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

We are looking for a full-time Support Worker to add to our team! All you need is a high school diploma or equivalent and / or previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families.
An associate degree in a Human Services field may be substituted for experience! We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you will provide support to Case Managers working with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments.
Support Workers work as part of a team to access resources, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and who wants to help families in times of crisis to build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting them with community resources to improve their lives.
We want someone who has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families and a strong desire to advocate for children and their families!
