Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in the preparation and production of food items, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality of food
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Basic cooking skills are a plus
