The Position: We are seeking an individual that can perform basic janitorial and light maintenance duties.

Pay: $16-$18.00 per hour, DOE and $4.41 per hour Health and Welfare fringe.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to communicate well and follow written instructions.
Positive attitude and ability to contribute positively to a team environment!
Three (3) years of previous applicable experience.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning to include, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, disposing of trash, and other duties as required.
Performing outdoor maintenance such as mowing, trimming shrubbery, picking up debris, applying pesticides, and other related tasks.
Operating various types of cleaning equipment and safely handling and disposing of chemicals and cleaning products.
Performs other work as required in support of general maintenance activity.
Work closely with others on the team to help develop new skills and knowledge
Participate in maintenance planning meetings
Using good judgement and communicating any needs, concerns, hazards, and safety issues to management team.
Following all procedures and safety protocols/regulations, to include OSHA standards/regulations.
