As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage digital content, public relations, advertising, trade show, and event activities to support business growth of Texwrap’s products, solutions, and brand. We are a leading manufacturer of shrink wrapping and shrink bundling systems and a product brand of ProMach, a global leader in packaging line solutions.

Are you motivated and passionate about this work?

• Design, deploy and analyze automated email marketing flows and email campaigns
• Capture, edit, and convert videos and photos
• Write and schedule social media posts
• Create content and assets for emails, web site, blog, landing pages, SEO, PPC, remarketing, social media, and channel partner resource center
• Create and distribute marketing collateral, including videos, photos, brochures, and presentations, etc.
• Update website, blog, and channel partner resource center platforms
• Oversee public relations efforts to identify and deliver press releases, articles, white papers, case studies
• Plan all aspects of events and trade shows (including logistics, as well as pre-, at- and post-show marketing communications and reporting)
• Manage agency/vendor relationships with search marketing and public relations partners and publication reps.
• Create and manage marketing budget and plan by working in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Support cross-selling and co-branding initiatives across ProMach product brands
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualified candidates are tech savvy with a strong working knowledge of marketing process automation and have a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic with a willingness to go out to the production floor to record machines. An understanding of indirect distribution channel strategy is a plus. Candidates must be able to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize, problem solve, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing is required, preferably in the packaging or a B2B manufacturing industry
• Experience with Pardot by Salesforce or other marketing automation systems
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere software
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed, work well in a team environment
• Expertise with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel occasionally (10%)
