Job Summary:

To assemble, bond, and rework a variety of graphite parts and assemblies. May be required to assist higher grade Assemblers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs a number of duties to assemble, bond, and rework a variety of graphite assemblies.

o Bonds and assembles graphite and sheet metal details using assembly jigs with the use of rivets, fasteners, screws, and liquid adhesive.

o Uses standard methods to lay up graphite parts.

o Prepares graphite parts for painting by sanding and finishing parts to an even and
smooth surface.

o Loads and unloads graphite assemblies in oven and cures to bonding specifications.

• Uses small hand tools, sanders, rivet guns, drills, gauges, and other measuring instruments.

• Responsible only for own work.

• Performs other duties as required.

Education:
Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.

Experience:
No experience required.

Working Conditions:
Generally good working conditions with exposure to heat.

This role is eligible for up to a $15,000 (pre-tax) sign-on bonus based on level of experience. Terms & conditions apply. The Company reserves the right to amend or suspend this program at any time.
