Job Requirements COMMIS À L’ADMINISTRATION POSTE ÉTUDIANT (MAI À AOÛT) SAINTE-MARIE TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISE EN COLLABORATION AVEC L’ÉQUIPE DU SERVICE ADMINISTRATIF, VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND : Participer au suivi et à l’analyse de l’âge des comptes payables; Effectuer la vérification et la saisie des factures d’achat; Participer à la vérification, l’impression et l’envoi des factures de ventes; Participer à la gestion du crédit et du recouvrement des comptes clients; Participer au processus de fin de mois; Participer à la préparation de différents rapports et analyses; Effectuer diverses tâches en support à l’équipe du service administratif. Être étudiant au niveau collégial ou universitaire en administration ou dans un domaine en lien avec l’emploi; Maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau intermédiaire); Excellente maîtrise d’Outlook et Excel; Posséder de bonnes capacités en communication et faire preuve de tact et de diplomatie; Faire preuve d’autonomie et de débrouillardise.
