Texas Vascular and Vein Center is Hiring a Medical Office Receptionist/Bi-LINGUAL Near Fort Worth, TX

Front Desk Medical Receptionist
Texas Vascular and Vein Center is looking for a receptionist/front office coordinator to join a growing practice. We have high standards for customer service, attention to detail, friendliness, and a willingness to be part of a team. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

- Customer service: 3 years (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Required)

- Medical office: 3 year (Preferred)

- Computer skills: 1 year (Required)

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Team mentality and willingness to learn medical terminology and processes if not already familiar

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Scheduling and rescheduling
  • Following up on patient inquiries, tracking long-term treatment plans, managing general email account, and communicating with other dental specialists as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
