Texas Staffing Solutions is Hiring an Industrial Workshop Team Member (FT) Near San Antonio, TX
Texas Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated, safety-conscious Industrial Workshop Team Member with excellent math and measuring skills for an industrial equipment supplier on the East side of San Antonio. As an Industrial Workshop Team Member, your duties will consist of the manual and machine-assisted fabrication of heavy industrial equipment, as well as measuring and assembling pieces to create a final product that meets company standards. No previous experience is required, however, the ideal candidate will have a background in industrial fabrication/working in a workshop.
Shift: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM
Starting Pay:
$13.50/hr (increases as you train across different departments).
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fabrication of heavy industrial equipment.
- Cross-train across different shop departments (PAY INCREASES FOR EACH DEPARTMENT YOU ARE TRAINED IN!)
- Follow instructions and measure across guidelines to ensure materials meet company and safety standards.
- Occasionally operate machinery to assist in the fabrication process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Competent in mathematics and comfortable with fractions.
- MUST pass math/measuring test.
- Must be comfortable consistently lifting over 50 lbs.
- Demonstrates attention to detail.
- Works well in a team.
- MUST be safety-conscious and follow policies and procedures at ALL times.
