Responsibilities - Parts Coordinator:

• Effectively communicate with clientele to ensure customer needs and sales

opportunities meet company standards

• Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers face-to-face or via phone

or internet

• Dispatch incoming parts to Technicians and Service Advisors for work orders
• Maintain familiarity with inventory products, merchandising programs and ordering

systems

• Receive incoming parts
• Assist Sales staff in providing accessories
• Take advantage of all Parts training
• Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories
• Provide product knowledge
• Set an example of professionalism and positive attitude including a neat, orderly, safe

work environment
Requirements – Parts Counter Person:

• Experience preferred but not required!
• Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently
• Provide excellent customer service
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases
• Experience in Service or Parts Management helpful but not mandatory!
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Works in both climate-controlled environment as well as outdoors
• Requires stooping, bending and lifting
• Must be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
