ABOUT TEX CO PAINTERS We’re searching for a PAINTING SALES ASSOCIATE (Painting & Exteriors – Residential) who enjoys driving business, finding innovative solutions, and delivering great customer service. We're is a locally owned and growing Austin painting company. We are a recognizable brand with great reviews and a reputation for providing value and innovative solutions to our customers. IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE

• Representing Texas Co Painters with our potential clients and helping them through the sales and insurance process.
• Identifying opportunities for relevant exterior improvements.
• Building your referral network to create future business.
• Investigate weather-related damage in neighborhoods and be our first point of contact with property owners.
• Contact past customers to check in and talk about new opportunities to help them with their homes.
• Create happy customers and receive referrals and positive reviews for Texas Co Painters.
• Participate in networking and marketing events to build relationships.
• Continuously grow your sales competency through professional development and training

COMPENSATION

• Job Type: Part time to full time
• Draw Commission
• Performance Bonuses

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision after training
• Upbeat positive attitude
• Strongly self-motivated
• Strong Communication skills
• Comfortable with office technology, CRM software, and mobile apps
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Ability to use ladders for inspections
• Organized and able to follow processes.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
