Texas Oasis Landscape is Hiring a Landscape Foreman Near Dallas, TX
Job Summary:
Texas Oasis is seeking an experienced Drainage / Landscape Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires supervisory skills and an understanding of landscape and drainage construction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise crew to complete drainage and landscape projects
- Follow plans provided by the Drainage Manager or Landscape Architect
- Promptly communicate project issues to the Manager
- Perform tasks such as digging, planting, and hauling
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner
- Train new crew members
- Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by the team
- Keep all receipts for project purchases and report them to the Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscape and drainage
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques including drainage, stone work, and plant installation
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
