• Hourly Pay Range:$21.00 - $25.00

• 2 Full Time LPNs
• Shifts: (1) 7:00am-3:00pm, (1) 3:00pm-11:00pm

Facility Overview: We are a 208-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation center, provides a full spectrum of services for older adults. We offer compassionate, high-quality care, promoting independence and wellness.

Position Summary: LPNs at Holy Family Senior Living are integral to our team, providing essential nursing care and support to our residents. This role involves direct patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient health status and vital signs.
• Assist in patient's daily activities, including mobility and personal care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• LPN Certificate or Degree.
• Minimum 1-year nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing.
• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• BLS/ACLS certification.

Salary and Shift Differential:

• Base: $21.00 - $25.00/hr, based on experience.
