Role and Responsibilities:

• 🏡 Provide outstanding in-home chemotherapy infusion therapy, focusing on patient-specific care.
• 💉 Administer chemotherapy and other infusion treatments such as IVIG, antibiotics, etc.
• 📊 Regularly assess patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• 📝 Accurately record all treatment details in the EMR, adhering to healthcare standards.
• 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure superior patient outcomes.
• 🧰 Maintain infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• 🎓 Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy and health management.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 RN degree with significant experience in infusion, particularly chemotherapy, or an IV Certified LVN/LPN background.
• 🆔 Active RN license in Texas.
• ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 🚗 Willing to travel locally within Dallas.
• 💻 Efficient in EMR and other healthcare software usage.
• 🌍 Dedicated to providing high-quality care in the Dallas community.
