Position Details:

• 🕒 Schedule: Full-time; Nights (Rotating Weekends) 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
• 🛏️ Unit: 24-bed inpatient Transplant and Cellular Therapy
• 👥 Patient Capacity: Up to 4

Job Summary: 👩‍⚕️ As a Registered Nurse in our specialized unit, you will be integral in caring for patients with blood cancers and related disorders. Our unit is pivotal in delivering stem cell transplants, CAR T cell therapy, and conducting clinical trials.

Responsibilities:

• 🩺 Care for patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders.
• 🚨 Manage oncological emergencies and provide specialized care.

Experience Requirements:

• 🏥 Minimum 1 year of acute nursing experience.
• 🎗️ Oncology experience required.

Educational Qualifications:

• 🎓 Nursing degree; BSN preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

• 📜 Current RN license (Compact or Texas).
• ❤️ BLS certification.
• 💔 ACLS and Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certifications.

Compensation:

• 💵 Base Salary: $31.06 - $47.40 per hour (based on experience).
• Differentials: $4.00 nights, $2.00 weekends, $3.00 specialty.
