Position Overview:
Seeking an Administrative Director of Surgical Services to provide strategic focus in delivering exceptional patient care, growing the service line, and fostering leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the customer experience in Surgical Services.
- Foster and maintain strong physician and administration partnerships.
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality services in line with hospital policies.
- Facilitate evidence-based employee engagement practices.
- Engage in service, departmental, and hospital-wide committees.
- Set a strategic vision and goals for the department.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policy.
Qualifications:
- Education: BSN (Mandatory), Master's degree (Preferred).
- License/Certifications: Active nursing license in the state, CNOR & CSSM (Preferred).
- Experience: 3 years in surgical services and leadership.
Additional Information:
- 234 Licensed Beds and a Level 2 trauma center.
- Diverse surgical services including Neuro, Cardiac, bariatrics, and robotics.
- 7 Operating Rooms.
- Successful Periop 101 program.
- Great physician engagement and performance metrics.
- Reports to: Dean Carucci, CEO.
