This position is located at the Gainesville State School in Gainesville, Texas. It is currently a hybrid position however, it requires that you be able to work at the facility two to three days a week when you are not working from home or at hiring events.
```Duties```
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within our organization. Your main duties will include:
- Utilizing various recruitment methods and tools to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify potential matches for job requirements
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as CAPPS to manage candidate information and track the hiring process
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings on potential hires

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, UltiPro, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to research and utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and lead generation strategies
