Job Description:

We are looking for Canvassers that are ready to talk to voters!! If you are looking for a job where you can hit 150 doors in 2 hours and be home by lunch time, then you are at the wrong job posting. Our company has built a reputation of engaging voters at the door and making everyone feel that their voice is important!!

Texas Hometown Solutions is a Texas-based Grassroots Company that opened in 2017 and was built to help you manage grassroots campaigns without breaking the bank. Our team specializes in political campaign management, canvassing, ballot-petition gathering, canvassing sales, and political affairs. Texas Hometown Solutions has been recognized by several large canvassing firms as the "go-to" sub-contract team to hire. TXHTS has also been used by all Texas campaign consultants to canvass all over the great state of Texas.

Salary: $3,500-$4,500 monthly (based on performance)
Job Types: Contract Labor

Schedule:

• 6 days per week
• Monday-Saturday
• Part-Time and Full-Time shifts available

Experience:

• Canvassing: 1 year (Preferred But Not Required)

Language:

• Bilingual (Appreciated But Not Required)

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in target neighborhoods to engage with potential voters
- Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse communities
- Assist in supervising and training new canvassers to ensure team efficiency
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the candidate and campaign initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns from constituents
- Utilize negotiation skills to persuade undecided voters and handle objections
- Collaborate with the team to meet campaign goals

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Richmond, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
