801 W Cannon St. Fort Worth, Texas 76104
902 W Randol Mill Rd. Ste. 150 Arlington, Texas 76012
400 W Arbrook Ste 100, 101, 240, & 300 Arlington, Texas 76014
4901 S Collins St. Arlington, Texas 76018
Work hours: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly. Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (Schedule varies based on clinic needs.)
