Integrated Community Services is looking to hire Trust Funds Coordinator to join our growing team in the Spring/ Woodlands area. 

Trust Fund Coordinator duties Include, but are not limited to:

Purchase Requests

• Print purchase requests and respond within 24-48 hours
• Figure any pending purchases in the balance to see if client can afford the purchase
• See if a similar purchase was recently made (ex. Requesting a TV when a TV was purchased
• last year)
• Ensure all required signatures and additional documentation is included with the request

Receipts

• Ensure all receipts are signed by the client and purchaser (staff) once receipts are received
• Pull copy of request from pending folder and remove transaction from Missing Receipt List
• If receipt is $200 or over must have SPT
• Post receipts to Quickbooks within 24 hours to ensure balances are accurate at all times

Monthly/Quarterly Reports to Guardians

• Print transaction reports for last month/quarter for everyone on said list
• Send applicable reports via regular mail with signed letter
• Send applicable reports via email

Other Responsibilities 

• Send Missing Receipt List every Tuesday
• Send account balances to CM/Q, Program Manager & VW on the 15th & 25th every month
• Send admissions checklists and old purchase requests to CM/Q's every week
• Prepare allowances and deposits by 10AM every Wednesday
• Print EDI reports as they come in
• Print wage reports for Benefits Coordinator on the 1st every month
• Send quarterly reports for ALL clients to CM/Q's in every quarter in weekly package to regions
• Match receipts to monthly transaction reports after account is reconciled
• Print various client paycheck stubs weekly or monthly
• Post all deposits to Quicken (SS deposits by the 3rd.)
• Cut rent checks and AI checks by 5th of the month
• Complete Financial Agreements upon request from region

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of office experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Must have 1-year experience in Excel
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to Scan, Copy, and File
• Ability to meet high speed demands with extreme accuracy and efficiency
• 10 Key Punch
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment
• Ability to make sound judgment calls
• Work well with all levels of employees
• Clear background check and motor vehicle check
