We are currently hiring a full time secretary. As a secretary you will assume the receptionist duties as well as perform the clerical needs for the agency. You will be the point of reference for all questions, requests or issues and will be an important part of the agency team.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and direct them when necessary
Help customers with all aspects of billing (questions, payments, etc)
Make necessary changes to policies
Provide clients and lenders with proof of insurance
Collect membership payments that are due
Perform daily electronic deposits
Assist customers with the claims process
Any and all other duties assigned by the manager
Required skills:
Familiarity with office organization
Multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office
High School Diploma
