We are looking for full-time Permanency Support Worker to add to our team! Put your High School Diploma, or equivalent, to use. Two years working with children and families preferred. If you have these requirements, and a valid drivers license, we will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Permanency Support Worker
As a Permanency Support Worker, you will provide support to Permanency Case Managers, and a Permanency Supervisor, in your unit. You may assist with transporting families to visitation, observing those visits, documenting visits, or help file legal documents for your unit. Permanency Support Workers may be asked to assist in teaching parenting techniques to parents during visitation. Support Workers work as part of a team to access resources, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, has empathy, and who wants to help families in times of crisis. We are looking for someone to help our families overcome barriers they are facing while experiencing foster care, and to be an advocate for those families.
