Training/Facilitation Specialist
Texas Family Initiative, LLC is a private nonprofit organization that provides experience, compassion, quality care, and services for children in foster care and foster/adopt families. We hold Foster Care Recruitment Contracts with the Texas Department of Human Services, Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). As a partner with DFPS, we recruit and train families to become foster and/adoptive parents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in creating, maintaining and presenting training programs or facilitating meetings is required. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards.

As a Training/Facilitation Specialist, you will ensure Agency staff and care providers are properly trained for the accomplishment of their duties and responsibilities and coordinates with staff from public and private agencies concerning training requirements. Facilitates Permanency planning meetings. Performs the following duties directly.
