Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counselors to join our team. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and safe environment for campers to learn, grow, and make lasting memories.

Duties:
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including games, arts and crafts, sports.
- Provide guidance and supervision to campers throughout the day
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork, respect, and personal growth
- Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution
- Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times
- Collaborate with other counselors and staff members to coordinate daily schedules and special events
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns that may arise

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a camp, school, or similar setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with campers of different ages and backgrounds
- Ability to lead activities and engage campers in a positive manner
- Passion for education, theater, sports coaching, or other relevant areas of interest
- First aid certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience in babysitting or tutoring (preferred but not required)

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
