Role and Responsibilities :

As a Bilingual Client Intake Coordinator / Administrative Assistant at Texas Care, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support and facilitating the intake process for clients.

Your responsibilities will include :

Client Intake Coordination : CANS / ANSA certifed and up to date. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance with the intake process and answering inquiries about Texas Care's programs and services.

Develop innovative ways to streamline the intake process and ensure a positive experience for clients.

  • Administrative Support : Assist with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and coordinating communication between franchisees and clients.
  • Client Engagement : Engage with clients in a professional and compassionate manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.

Create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients during their interactions with Texas Care.

  • Translation Services : Utilize your bilingual skills to provide translation services as needed, facilitating communication between English-speaking staff and clients who prefer to communicate in another language.
  • Public Speaking : Occasionally participate in public speaking engagements or community outreach events to represent Texas Care and promote its services.
  • Travel : Some travel may be required to attend meetings, training sessions, or community events in various locations across Texas.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, client intake, or administrative support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for helping others, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
