We are looking for an individual who is thorough and precise because attention to detail is extremely important when maintaining financial records.
About the Program and Position:
Texas Baptist Home for Children (TBHC) serves foster children and supports foster/adoptive families throughout the DFW area. We are a Christian agency whose purpose is to: Glorify God by Caring for Children.
Our Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining several different aspects of our financials, including bills, invoices and other payables. This position helps our business office and Executive Business Manager maintain our financial status and records so we can continue caring for children and families.
High School Diploma required. Experience with financial and/or administrative duties, preferred.
Schedule
- Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00
- Occasional weekends for special events

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Matching invoices to bills and posting to payables
- Produce monthly reports on donations and payables
