Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join us as a

Harley-Davidson Service Expediter. In this role, you will work closely with our

experienced service advisors, contributing to the smooth operation of our service

department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assist service advisors in managing customer inquiries, appointments, and

service orders.

Greet and assist customers, providing a warm and professional first point of

contact.

Aid in the inspection and documentation of motorcycles for service

requirements.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of

customer requests.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.

Qualifications:

Passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the lifestyle they represent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Basic knowledge of motorcycle mechanics or a willingness to learn.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.

Familiarity with Harley-Davidson motorcycles is a definite plus.

Valid motorcycle license or the willingness to obtain one.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
